it is wise to use youtube instead of dtube now. dtube charges us 20% of the price of your post. I think it is too huge. And your vlog is nice. :)
It it wise to help to fund the services that you want to succeed. This is why I post most videos to dtube.

In my understanding, dtube is profitable organization. it is built based on steem blockchain. It wants to create video social media like youtube based on steem. They may lack the inverstment. So it is the only reason to charge 20% from the user to do their services because the user makes money from publishing.
I am Ok with it if they claim the charge service. I cannot find any documents mentioning they charge the user. it seems to hidden the charge fee to get the users. And 20%, in my understanding, it is too huge. 5-10% will be suitable. They need to find other investments rather than the users.
Compared to Youtube, dtube is clean without any advertising. :)
