Roman Baths

Thought I’d share something different with you all today! Last year we took a trip to Bath down south, somewhere I’ve always wanted go! I’d heard so much about it and it did not let me down! It was one of the most beautiful cities I have been to! It was clean and pretty and full of amazing houses. I have always wanted to visit the Roman baths so I booked a ticket and went while we were there. It was amazing. I couldn’t believe thag the natural spring came bubbling up even still today at 47 degrees! You could feel the heat even stood next to it. It’s such a shame it’s not still used today I guess health and safety and all that ruins it all! It was so amazing walking around the museum area it went right underground and showed you all the relics that they found when they excavated it. It was so cool seeing somewhere special like this and imagining what it was like in Roman times. People used to travel so far to use these baths and it was said that it had youthful and magical properties it took all my will power not to touch the water hahaha!
