There are a lot of nice things about Malta, but I found it difficult to live there after a short time. Most foreigners only stay for a maximum of 2 years before they give up. I stayed for 3. Be sure to read forums before deciding to go and look at all the pros and cons of living there as an expatriate. On the other hand, it's a lovely place to visit, especially in spring or autumn.
About the minnowbooster thing, I'm a little confused because it says on minnowbooster that you will get 200-300% back, but I broke even at best, even before the currency went down. What exactly is the advantage? I mean I did get into the trending section, but I didn't really get a lot more upvotes or follows as a result.
Its a bit of a hard to explain in post. Its not 200% to 300% back. What they give is at least a guaranteed profitability assuming STEEM price doesnt go down. NOrmally its 120% profit when you combine the STEEM and SBD you get from the rewards. I sent you a discord link if you'd like to learn more.
