I've been to Bangkok a few times, also in 2016 :) It's amazing there - I really love it, it doesn't surprise me that it's that high up! I'm more surprised that other cities are that high up on the list, but that's great! Definitely add one of them on my bucket list :)
Yeah there must be something unique about Bangkok that attracts that many visitors.Looking forward to reading about your visit to other cities on the list.
