This weeks topic for @jubi writing contest is scenery/ landscape (风景). Normally when I enter this competition, I would not translate my blog to English but in this instance I would do so as his competition can give me an opportunity to share something new with you - travel accomodation

今週參加 @jubi 的第六期 “谷哥点名” 活動而今次的主題是风景. 平常我參加這個活動我不會翻譯成英文但今次的主題給了我一個機會介紹一樣我少分享的主題- 旅館

Today I'll be introducing you to one of the most memorable accommodation I've stayed out of all my travels. The scenery at this hotel is simply spectacular. So you wonder where is this place? It's called Yunokawa Prince Hotel at Hakodate, Japan. They have 115 rooms with private air hot springs either with ocean or city views. Sounds great doesn't it? Doesn't stop there. They offer buffet style breakfast & dinners with all the seafood Japan has in season at the time or Japanese style meals which can be eaten at their special restaurant overlooking the sea. The hotel also offers night tours to go up to see Mt Hakodate which is considered one of the top 3 night views to see in Japan. More about Hakodate and Mt Hakodate another day.

今天我會介紹一個我住過最難忘的飯店因為這裡的風景實在太美。你們會想是那裡嗎？就是在日本函館市的湯之川王子大飯店 渚亭。 飯店裏有115房間有私人風呂對著海景或者是市區. 聽起來已經很吸引. 讓我繼續介紹吧。飯店裏有自助餐形式早餐或晚餐選擇．晚餐的時候會有很多在日本新鮮的海鮮或你可以選擇到有海景的餐廳吃日本傳統套餐．吃完之後飯店可以有專車到函館山看風景．函館山是其中三個山在日本一定要看的。我會遲一些介紹函館山給你們

Back to the accommodation. We have decided to stay at Yunokawa Prince Hotel for one night as we were transiting from Sapporo back to Tokyo and booked an room facing the ocean. As we had our luggage with us, we decided to take a taxi to the hotel from the train station which was an approximately 10-15 minutes drive. If you want to save a bit of money, there is a bus option or tram where you can walk to the hotel from those stops.

先會到看這個飯店．我們決定住在這間飯店一晚因為我們在札幌返回東京。因為我們有行李的關係所以在火車站搭的士到飯店要大概要10至15分鐘．如果你想省一點錢也可以搭巴士或者電車到飯店附近之後走一段路就到。

Our room was a standard room with a private onsen with buffet breakfast and dinner included. At the time of check in, we were given an option to change our buffet dinner to the traditional course dinner Isaribi-Tei but we decided to stay with what we have. We were taken to our room by the attendant and was shown the room and the outdoor onsen. The view there was just stunning! Unobstructed views of the ocean where you can go and enjoy anytime you like. Our onsen was made out of rock but there are rooms where they have them made of wood - I'm not sure if that can be requested as we just took what was given to us.

我們是住普通房間但有一個私人風呂連自助式早餐同晚餐．登記了之後服務員給我們一個選擇就是換自助餐晚餐到他們的日本傳統晚餐但我們決定吃自助餐．服務員之後帶我們房間和介紹私人風呂．一看外面的景真是太美啊．這個無敵大海景真是很漂亮，可以在風呂可以慢慢欣賞．我們的風呂是用石頭做的但原來有些房間的風呂是用木造的所以你們訂房間的時候可以問可不可以選你喜歡的．

Once we settled in, we went straight into the onsen. Although there are rooms next to each other, you won't be able to see your neighbours haha.

我們放好東西之後就立刻進去到風呂泡一下. 雖然隔壁有其他房間但你們絕對看不到對方的哈哈。

So dinner time we chose the buffet option. There were many options to choose from: Salads, sashimi, sushi, long leg crabs, soups ...the list goes on.

晚飯我們選了吃自助餐。這裡有很多選擇：沙拉，不同的生魚片，寿司，長腳蟹，湯等等

When we finished dinner, we go back to our room to get ready for our night tour to Mt Hakodate. It's not really a tour but the hotel just provides transportation for their hotel guests to go up the mountain. We have approx 1 hour up the mountain and they bring you back down. Definitely recommended if you are staying at the hotel as it was hassle free and everything was taken care of.

吃完飯我們就會到房間預備去飯店幫住客安排的車去看山。這架車是沒有有導遊的只是帶賓客到山上參觀之後帶我們會旅館．整個旅程差不多一個小時所以如果你們在這裏住的時候，你可以問服務台有沒有這個服務．

When we got back to our room, our futons were laid out for us. Before bedtime, lets have some more onsen time to make the most of it.

返回房間之床鋪床已經幫我們準備好．睡覺之前我們在風呂再浸一會．

The next morning we made sure to wake up early to use the onsen one more time before we left.
第二天，我們很早起床就是可以再泡多一次才退房。哈哈

After some photos and onsen time, it was time for breakfast and then checkout.

拍完照和泡完溫泉之後我們就到樓下吃早餐然後退房子。

If you are ever in Hakodate, I highly recommend this hotel. Depending on the exchange rate, the room prices were acceptable. Ps. When I booked this hotel, it would of costed us approx 300AUD (they only accept payment when we arrived) but when we actually arrived at the hotel 3 months later, the YEN dropped 50% and our stay ended up being $600AUD! Either way, it was a great hotel and we enjoyed our stay very much.

如果你到函館旅遊，我大力推介這間飯店．要注意的是你付房間的錢要看當天的匯率因為我訂這間飯店的時候，計出來是＄300澳元但三個月之後到飯店，匯率跌了50%所以這晚飯店要＄600澳元！沒關係，幸好是一晚而且旅館非常好所以我都會推介給你們。
