Trieste - Giant cave

Near Trieste there is a touristic attraction, the Grotta Gigante - Giant Cave, which contain the central cavern putting the cave in 1995 as the world´s largest tourist cave.

The cave has an enormous hall which is 107 m high, 65 m wide and 130 m long with a steep path which allows a touristic tour of about 1 hour. The temperature of the cave is constant 11 degrees Celsius.

The touristic tour through the cave has been recently renewed and is really attractive.
