Global retreat centre
I recently went to the global retreat centres, one day trial workshop and I actually really enjoyed it. There were several meditations throughout the day and talks from some great speakers and we even got given a lovely three course lunch. The location itself was absolutely gorgeous, It was in this beautiful grade 2 listed house with a grade one listed garden. I really loved the system they had were every hour music would play and the idea was to spend one minute meditating. I really liked this concept and thought it would be a great thing to try at home to remind yourself to return to presence every hour.
