'Traditional Delicacies'
I come across stands with traditional dried meat products. Not a fan at all but some of you might like it so let's see what are the delicacies of the day. These are all homemade according to the old recipes of our grannies. Definitely a long carnivorous tradition in this place :D
From time to time the city supports traditional markets on the place where it used to be once upon a time, the main square. It is an opportunity for people to enjoy the fresh high-quality products and take them home, as well.
One can, of course, taste everything before buying, what is so different from shopping for these products in a supermarket. The quality is also incomparable. The homemade will always remain homemade no matter the colour of the wrap nor quality of the commercial.
I wish people in food industry wake up one morning and decide to stop filling our food with additives, preservatives, colourings and all other disgusting ways of poisoning people on account of profits. Some of them even buy cheap 20-25 year frozen dead meat from Argentina and process it into what they call food. This what you see is not it.
So the only question remains do you like these and are you dying to try them or these tempting traditional recipes do not rock your boat? :-)
Enjoy your day! :-)

One of them is typical regional food products. Typical food is a material that can distinguish the place with other areas.
A country that consists of various nations and diverse, one of which is the typical food of the region. At first we can only find regional specialties in place of origin only. However, along with the development of the era, we can now find local food in various places, not only the area of origin. For example, pempek and tekwan are typical food we can find seller of pempek and tekwan in various area, even abroad. Regional specialties are commonly consumed food in the region. The style of cuisine in the area mostly reflects the character of the community.
The developing area produces cuisine from vegetables because of the cold mountain climate, generally hot or spicy, to warm the body. Residents in this area are often associated with foreigners or other areas. This is a very good meal.
I am not an ardent supporter of the stigma of meat in my diet. But to be honest - it looks very appetizing (especially in contrast to the recent photo in which you depicted sausages).
Nevertheless, for sausage lovers - such a market is an excellent chance to buy natural sausages with a minimum content of chemistry (or there it generally does not exist except seasonings). This is today for all parties. Firstly, buyers get the opportunity to buy what they like and get a quality product for their money. In the second, sellers get their customers and have sales points for their product - that's excellent. In the third - sellers pay taxes and replenish the treasury of the state. That is, everyone is satisfied with this. Why am I saying this, because here we have it a little differently.
Still significant advantages in this I see that there you can try before you buy. This is an excellent step that allows the buyer to get what he really wants, and not buy a "cat in a poke." Sausages by traditional recipes is an excellent solution to take care of your health. (in contrast to supermarket goods).

Well, I have switched some of my carnivore tendencies for omnivore or even herbivore, but a couple of those offerings look pretty darn good.
I'm not sure if that is salami or summer sausage, but it looks pretty tasty. And the last photo shows some pretty darn attractive bacon. My mouth is watering, I think I'll go eat some oats :)
Thanks Velimir.
I saw your superb article well.
Did you say natively constructed ham? The photograph was extremely delightful.
I trust you have a decent time and if its all the same to you, I would be appreciative in the event that you could discover my blog about Korean sustenance.
Beautiful travel photos! Informative post. Thanks Man.
I can’t find anything to like about Meat markets, but you seem to have a good camera and great photography skills.
