Ha Long Bay, Vietnam

"If you have not visited Ha Long Bay, you have not been to Vietnam yet," wrote the Chinese poet Xiao San. A beautiful and unique bay is located in north-eastern Vietnam. It covers an area of over one and a half thousand kilometers, on which 1,966 rocky islets are scattered. Those who visited Ha Long say there is something magical about this place. The view of a thousand tiny islets, drawing with expressive contours against the background of the horizon bathed in the bright colors of the west, stays in memory for a lifetime. Between the islands there is often a delicate fog that adds mystery to the landscape seen from the ship. In the light of the sun, the water sometimes has a turquoise color, and the emerging rocks and islets are lush green.

Sunset on Santorini, Greece

The blue domes of the churches and the whitewashed walls of Santorini's buildings create a unique landscape. The most elegant town on the island - Oia - has something more to offer. Postcard sunset, reportedly the most beautiful in Europe. Although the town glued to the volcanic slope of the caldera looks spectacular at any time of the day, the view is special when the sun is hiding behind the horizon.

Iguazu waterfalls, Argentina, Brazil

The magnificent waterfalls lie on the Argentine-Brazilian border, which runs centrally through Garganta del Diablo (Devil's Gorge), the largest and most spectacular of the Iguaçu Falls. They fall from a height of over 70 meters, creating 275 cascades. There is an amazing mystery of nature here, accompanied by: a roar heard in a radius of 20 kilometers, clouds of steam as if from a hellish cauldron and unbelievably beautiful rainbows. From the basalt-shaped threshold in the shape of a horseshoe, 140 million tons of water falls within an hour (in the rainy season)! It is seven times more than it is poured over the Niagara Falls! It is difficult to decide which side of the experience is better - Brazilian or Argentine. The Argentine waterfalls can be practically touched, thanks to footbridges you walk past them and under them. On the Brazilian side there is no such close contact with the waterfalls, but you can admire the truly panoramic views. One thing is for sure, seeing the waterfalls on each side is a great experience.

The Grand Canyon seen from South Rim, United States

The Grand Canyon owes its existence to the Colorado River, which for millions of years drilled it in the Colorado Plateau, breaking through successive layers of sandstones, limestones, shales and granites. The oldest rocks inside the canyon come from almost two billion years ago. No photograph or description is able to convey the enormity of what nature has created here. The Grand Canyon never looks the same. The sun and shadows of clouds cause that the colors of the earth are constantly changing - from black and brown to blue and strong red. The width of the canyon viewed from the South Edge ranges from 13 to 26 kilometers depending on the measurement point. From this place you can observe the most impressive view.

Machu Picchu, Peru

"I completely took my breath away" - wrote the researcher Hiram Bingham after in 1911 in the Peruvian Andes, at an altitude of 2350 meters above sea level, on a nearly inaccessible pass, appeared to him spread on high terraces, overgrown with lush vegetation stone city. It amazes the unusual incorporation of the city into the mountain ridge and the surrounding nature. Unevenness of the area was very efficiently used to create interesting architectural solutions. Machu Picchu is a mystical place, a dream of every man whose passion is traveling. It makes an amazing impression on anyone who is lucky to be here. It arouses admiration and reverie. The best view of Machu Picchu is from the nearby Mount Waynapicchu. A helicopter flight over the ruins is also a great experience.

The wall passage length is about 2,500 kilometers, but when you count all its branches, the number of these kilometers - depending on the source - ranges from 6,250 to 6,700 kilometers. The wall is equipped with gates and towers, which were used to send instant information throughout the country using smoke signals and fires. On its length, observation holes and shooting ranges are also placed at regular intervals. To visit the entire area of the wall on foot, we would need a minimum of 150 days of holiday. Nevertheless, even his small piece is impressive. Only small fragments are available to tourists. In the vicinity of Beijing there are 6 of them. The most popular in Badaling was rebuilt especially for visitors.

Cappadocia is a land located in the central part of Antolia in Turkey. It is full of amazing labyrinths, rock cities and amazing churches carved in volcanic rock. This is one of the most beautiful places in Turkey, created as a result of the forces of nature. Lunar, it would seem, the landscape of Cappadocia is impressive on every tourist. The stone towers protruding from the ground look like slender mushrooms, columns or chimneys. By day, the rocks are gray, white and beige. As the sun bows westwards, the towers ignite with the colors of fire. Cappadocia is best viewed from above when flying in a balloon. Such a trip is one of the biggest attractions offered to tourists. In the morning light of light you can hover above the ground and see an amazing panorama.

Ko Phi Phi from the highest point of the island, Thailand

Ko Phi Phi is one of the most beautiful islands of Asia: azure water, charming bays, sandy beaches and vertical rocks immersed in water.
