A great look into Guadalajara, thank you! I have been to Mexico a few times, but only the northern Pacific coast. I guess I'll need to take a long trip and really get in there.

Contrary to you I've never been to the Pacific Coast but the landscapes look amazing out there! Mexico is such a huge country that it does require several trips to really make the most of all the country has to offer so if you get the chance to get back there, you definitely should check Guadalajara out. :)
