Paris has a high cost of public transportation.

There is a rechargeable transportation card called Navigo Pass, which costs 75.2 euros a month.

It is a generous country for children, youth and students, so fortunately, transportation costs are low. For students under 26, the Imagine R card costs € 350 a year. In the first year of the application, a month is added as a bonus, which is about 27 euros (35,000 won) per month. This year, a policy of returning a student's certificate to the Paris City Hall for a full refund of € 350 was introduced. This time, I applied for student Nabigo and felt it all over, but France is a great country to raise children.

In France, having many children gives family allowances and various tax benefits. Until 18 years old, medical expenses are also responsible in the country.

Public education starts free at the age of three, and even after the end of the regular course, the school takes care of the school safely until 6 pm, so moms can work as much as they like. There is a reason why French birth rates are higher than in Korea.

The Nabigo card allows you to travel freely to the 5th zone of Paris, so you will be able to visit Versailles for the first year of your new year.

We arrived at Versailles-Chantiers station in 30 minutes by train from Gare Montparnasse station, which is close to my house.

Paris in October is old-fashioned. It often rains, dim from 6 o'clock, and cloudy days all day long, so I miss the blue sky and the sun. So winter in Europe feels exceptionally longer.

Nevertheless, the rainy fall of Paris is now as natural as the summer showers in Korea.

On this day, the highest temperature was only 12 degrees in the middle of the day, and it was forecast that it would rain.

Of course it's a pity not to have a leisurely picnic like summer, but it's still Paris here. It can't be in your house if it rains.

I visited Versailles in five years. Five years ago, there was a bakery near Versailles. It is like time travel to revisit the destination with memories. The memory and senses that were forgotten or dimly revived instantly. Five years ago, I was busy with the gesture of a smiling baker who counted the coins that were handed over. It seemed to be.

Palace of Versailles

The enormous Versailles palace, imbued with gold, is admired at any time. But on the other hand, the scale and splendor of the palace, which weighed the blood and flesh of the poor peasants and the urban poor, reflected the ugly and selfish desires of human beings.

By reading Juliette Benzoni's historical novel Queen's Bedroom, I was able to dig deeper into the 'Sun King' Louis XIV. Louis XIV is the man who built the palace and garden of Versailles, representing absolute power.

Louis XIV had to sit on the throne from the age of four with heavy responsibility to maintain his position as an absolute monarch. Under his feet, he lived a life of so little age that he could not only taste the power of obedience but also struggle hard to keep his power.

The novel describes the civil war 'Frend's War', where the aristocrats fought against King Louis XIV and Cardinal and Reaper Mazarin. I did.

It is a novel that adds the artist's imagination to the 17th-century history and actual figures in France, where political interests, revenge, slander, and violence were in conflict with the conflict of interests in the palace centered on the kingship. It was like watching a drama series.

Why and now, even when power and money are overflowing, why is human desire endless? Why is the brutality and cruelty of people who have the power and means to increase it? Humans have been inflamed throughout reading the Guernsey novel. It would have been more so because I read the book with anger, watching the reality of Korean society desperately in need of prosecution and media reform, such as Lee Myung-bak and Lee Jae-yong, who suffered martial law document issues and large crimes.

It was interesting to see indirectly about the life style, history, culture, religion, and values of the royalty and nobles. Thanks to this, every single space in the old palace could not be seen.

On days without a fountain show, admission to Versailles Gardens is free.

If I lived nearby, I thought I could go to Versailles with a kick board or a bicycle.

Taking a picture of the garden from the sky is said to be exactly symmetrical. Versailles gardens are a unique combination of geometrical design and nature.

Bored with prolonged walks, the children met a maze-like forest path as they started whining.

The kids immediately came up with a game of choosing their way. I met two forks, three forks and four forks at random. The children enjoyed choosing to go the way they wanted to do, hoping not to meet each other, and running around.

It is always our responsibility to find excitement and entertainment for children on any trip.

Like the former royalty and aristocracy, they sailed for children in cross-shaped canals. The scenery was so beautiful that if it was sunny, I thought it would be much better to ride a boat looking at the blue sky.

Mating slumbered for an hour, and I wrestled with motion sickness.

Relax at the cafe and play with the beautiful sparrows.

The birds are amazed by the pieces of bread on their hands.

The autumn mood enjoyed in the Versailles gardens was stunning.

When I came five years ago, there was a fountain show and orchestra, and it was healing and romantic, sitting in the blue sky overlooking the canal. Plus, the canal reflects in the sunlight, the swans and ducks floating in it, and the lovers kiss on the white boats. All of these scenes were so unrealistic that I felt like I was in a movie scene. That is my first impression of Versailles.

This Versailles garden was a great way to feel the autumn season. He walked hand in hand with the falling leaves and ran in the rain on the faded leaves.

When I hit autumn with my whole body, it was less than two months in 2019. I went really fast in 2019. That's it. The last time I came to Versailles was like yesterday, but five years passed by.

Life is scary and fun, as if you are living a life you never imagined five years ago, and it is ironic.

The understanding of who I am and what life is is a little bit bigger this year than last year.

It's still two months away, so I'll be back with 2019 and check if it's going well.

There's another twelve months chasing you two months away that you don't know how.
