Pabli Khas Railway Station, is a small railway station at the outskirts of Meerut district, India. It is a small station but serves Pabli Khas and nearby localities on the busy Delhi-Haridwar-Saharanpur route as several trains pass through here, making it useful for daily commuters and local passengers.

Pabli Khas railway station is a small local stop, so its facilities are basic. It has all amenities including ticket counters, a waiting area, food stalls, restrooms, parking, and road access by buses or taxis. It has limited platform arrangements, because it is not a major station with limited train services for passengers .

Although this station is lightly used station on the India's Northern Railway network, so service levels may vary and can be modest compared with bigger Meerut Rail and Metro stations.

Pabli Khas, wass a village area near Meerut in Uttar Pradesh, close to the Delhi–Meerut corridor. It has long been known as a rural settlement with old local landholding families, especially Pathans, and over time it became part of the expanding urban belt on the outskirts of Meerut in NCR, India.

Today it is important mainly because of its location near Modipuram, Meerut Cantt, and the transport routes connecting Meerut with Delhi and other parts of the country.

The name Modipuram came much later and is linked to the Modi industrial group. Local references say the area was renamed after the Modi company’s presence in the region, especially the industrial and residential development associated with the Modi enterprise.

In simple terms, Pablikhas is its older village name, while Modipuram became the newer identity as industry, roads, and institutions grew here.

Pablikhas remained the historic local name in records and railway usage, while Modipuram became the popular urban name for the developed area.

So the change was not a traditional village-to-village name shift, but a modern rebranding through industrial development.
