Speem SEC-S32W6: My favorite format | The format I like best Horizontal How to Workout Indoors|
I usually prefer outdoor walks, but today the humidity won, it’s 42°C and feels like 51, so I set up my pedal bike indoors in the room upstairs.
No fan, no AC, and my laptop in front so I can browse and pull ideas for my next blog. Pedaling keeps my heart steady and my thoughts flowing, ideas come and go, and I like melody.
I open my favorite singer Don Williams, listened and sang myself opening Karaoke, my favorite song
- You're my best friend
I am trying to get inspired by the song and get rid of summer heat. Working out this way feels productive and gentle, body moving, mind creating even if not perfectly.
After twenty minutes I stopped and breathe deeply, by the time I cool down, My workout done and the satisfaction of having exercised both body and brain even if it was a humid day.
So try this while pedaling stroke and browsing you can do it all at the same time. And yes, in the end I added a few free clips from pexel and pixabay but used my own voice.
