Currently, especially in my area of ​​Lhokseumawe, modern shopping centers or supermarkets are popping up. At first glance, the presence of various minimarkets might make it easier for people to find various necessities. However, the emergence of minimarkets on almost every corner or location sometimes forces traditional shops to close due to their inability to compete. Moreover, permits to establish these minimarkets are very easy for the relevant parties to obtain. The most common minimarket in the Lhokseumawe area is Indomaret. One of them is located on Jalan Merdeka Keude Cunda, Muara Dua District, Lhokseumawe City.
