Hello friends Assalamu Alaikum I hope everyone is well Alhamdulillah I am also well. I am very happy to participate in a very nice competition I am here to present a traditional dish of my region, it feels great so let's get started, and before we start I would like to thank you @Max-Pro a lot for organizing a very nice competition.
Which Food and Beverage Zone have you visited? Introduce briefly.
There are many famous dishes in our region. Among these famous dishes, I like one dish very much. This dish is one of the heavy dishes. So, chicken pulao or chicken biryani. This dish is very popular in our region, you can eat it for entertaining guests or as lunch when you go out somewhere. This dish is available in every market in our region. So I like to eat it very much.
What special foods and drinks are available there? How are the prices, management and customer service? (With pictures + videos)
Of course, I always like special dishes like Morog Polao and Kachchi Biryani. I like these two dishes a lot. And there is a very popular shop in our area, Gazi Restaurant, where you can get traditional old Dhaka Morog Polao and Kachchi Biryani. And the price here is also quite limited compared to other places. Our Gazi Restaurant is very popular and famous for Morog Polao in Kotalipara. That's why I especially like this dish a lot.I have tried to include some images of the shop and some of the food in the video and photography. In addition, I have provided the location of the shop.

What special food or drinks in this place attracted you the most?
The reason why I like the food of this place more, especially since there are so many restaurants. The quality and price of the food here is very good, compared to other places, the prices are a little lower, besides the food of this place is prepared in an authentic way. And they prepare it themselves. Besides that, I noticed that the cleanliness is also very good. And there is another advantage here, those who are helpless and study in madrasas are fed here for free. So I like the food and drinks of this place a lot.
Explain some of the special moments or unique dishes spent there (buy if possible)
Three of us went to Kotalipara Gazi Restaurant with our friends. But when we got there, we found that the chicken pola was finished, so we had hot chicken biryani. I was very happy to have such a chance to have a chat with friends after a long time. So, I was very happy to eat this food, it was even more fun. I was able to spend a lot of time with my close friends. It is something I like. So all in all, I would say that I am very happy to have the opportunity to spend such a beautiful time.
