Life size Gundam japan

Last month I was flown to Fukuoka Japan for work and while driving around I noticed a huge Gundam next to a shopping centre.

So it was my mission to stop there and have a proper look at this life size Gundan!

Who is Gundam you ask?
Well Gundam is a Japanese anime/manga cartoon created in 1979. The Gundam is giant, humanoid combat robots known as mobile suits. Kaos ensuite.

This particular Gundam is located at the Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport Fukuoka

Gundam stands 24.8 meters tall and is based off of the RX-93 ν Gundam mobile suit. Which makes this the tallest Gundam statue in the world!

It was so impressive to see such a huge robot towering over the city!

It was about 7pm when we arrived and there was alot of people gathering around the robot.
I thought to my self wow people are really into Gundam here.

But then all of a sudden Gundam eyes lit up and some music started to play.
There was a little bit of a light show

The kids were all getting excited then out of nowhere his head started to move and his arm slowly raised up!

I had no idea that this huge robot actually moved how cool is that!!

So if your ever in Fukuoka Japan this life size Gundam is definitely worth checking out!
