Artsy #treetuesday Blog
I thought it might be fun to do an artsy #treetuesday. I love the colors in this piece and could not resist taking a photo to use in today's post.
Just as a side note, I did not make this tree wall hanging.

In other news. I am finally pretty much back on track with my new way of eating. Christmas threw me off more than I thought it would but I have not gained any of my lost weight back. I've lost a total of 12 pounds since starting the new way of eating.
One of my recent challenges is that my new jobs lunch is way early. I start work at 6 am and get lunch around 9 am. It's just the best time for us to fit a lunch in. I've been eating a snack at that point to keep from getting too hungry while at work.
The rest of my day is a blur so we have to eat while on the run. That part is good because I am usually too busy to worry about eating stuff I shouldn't.
I get off at 2 pm and the problem is, I am pretty hungry at that point but its too early for dinner. I have been trying to eat a small salad or half a peanut butter sandwich. We'll have to see how this affects my weight loss in the weeks to come.
Once thing is for sure, I am getting a lot more exercise with this new job! :)

The new hours are a challenge but it is nice getting off at 2 pm. I just hope I get used to it soon so I can enjoy being off work so early. lol
It does take time to adjust for sure but you will get there
