Contained within the instruction for the five phases are tools to help implement new actions and attitudes, thoughts and feelings. Hand gestures are one set of tools for that purpose. Another mental practice that can help is the visualization of ‘entering your HeartCave’. This is taking a deep breath through your nose and mouth, completely filling your lungs, and then relaxing it out. When doing the inhale, imagine your ‘Silver, thinking self’ which is centered inside your mind, sinking down into the middle of your chest, to the solar plexus, where it joins and bonds with your ‘Golden Inner Self,’ creating the new GoldenSilver Self. This GoldenSilver self can be used in any stressful situation to give yourself a moment to consider your actions or attitudes or compose yourself if you are becoming emotionally charged. When you have urges to follow unacceptable behavior patterns, find yourself falling into derogatory thinking or need to reconnect to your calmness and confidence, take a deep breath and flow into your HeartCave, which will activate the instructions you have received and give you the opportunity to choose alternative actions which are acceptable to you. Affirmations are a part of this audio process to re-educate your unconscious self. Affirmations are statements about you that can increase your confidence and improve your ability to keep your thoughts and actions in patterns that are acceptable to you. Affirmations are a very powerful tool for personal growth. Coupled to physical gestures, affirmations become super powerful tools for transformation. I suggest that you compose affirmations that describe exactly your ideal self, actions, thoughts and intentions and recite them daily. Staying connected and conscious of your personal growth and development inspires greater efforts and greater progress.
