Distinctions between Void and Other Deflationary Currency
The concept of digital currencies is no longer new news to the ears of many as most are familiar with it. It is one innovation that has shaken the foundation of the traditional financial sector, although it had alot of critics when the first digital currency was developed it is now widely accepted in so many countries as a means of exchange. All crypto currencies are similar although they do have little differentiating features. But one coin that is surely different from the others is Void, a currency that decreases in volume everytime it's transacted.
About Void
Void is the world's first hyper deflationary currency that is built on the Tron network. Tron is a blockchain that was developed as a means of utilizing solidity based smart contracts with great speed and efficiency. It's father chain is Ethereum and it's currently a serious contender among the highest value cryptocurrencies. One notable fact about Tron is that it is among one of the most used blockchain for decentralized applications and also features the standardized TRC-20 token protocol.
Void is a token that fully supports dApps and has been programmed to give users smooth and easy experience. When we say Void is a deflationary currency what we mean is that its supply reduces each time it is transacted. Which means with an increase in the demand of Void comes the decrease of it's supply. It has a starting supply of 10 million, a 3% burn rate and no minimum burn meaning it going to burn out until there's none left. For every Void transaction made 3% of its value is sent into the void forever, thus reducing supply and increasing demand. Void token was created in a bid to address the problems associated with the first original deflationary token called Bomb which run on Ethereum.
Problems with Bomb & its Difference from Void
Bomb was originally the first token that applied the logic of a deflationary currency, and it was on Ethereum blockchain. It has a 1% deflationary rate and each time the token is transacted 1% of the token is destroyed. Although it achieved some success it had certain limitations.
First of, it's burn rate of 1% was very negligible as it had no clear motivating use cases that transact tokens besides simple sales. It also lack an approve and Call function, making it difficult to be used for dApps. The final limiting factor was that the Bomb token does not support decimals and instead makes the minimum of one Bomb burn mandatory for each transaction. Meaning that one would require two Bomb tokens to be able to successfully transfer one.
Difference Between Void & Bomb
One major difference between these two tokens is that, Void which runs on Tron network supports and it's easy to use for dApps and Bomb which is on Ethereum is not, as it very difficult to be used for dApps as it requires multiple transactions.
Also, Void which has a 3% deflationary rate and is perfect for playing games will burn faster than Bomb which is difficult to use for dApps and has only a 1% deflationary rate. This means that the supply volume of Void will burn way faster than Bomb.
Finally, Void fixed the decimal problem of Bomb, having no minimum burn value and can shrink indefinitely for its entire lifespan.
All of the Void token will be given out for free reserving just 10% for its team. Trust me this is one currency you are going to want to hold for long as it would be pretty rewarding.
