Foundation of ecosystem TRON - coin TRX(Tronix)
TRON is a decentralized core, on top of which anyone can create their own application based on smart contracts. The core together with applications form an operating system - a decentralized analog of Android.

Trading operations
Full list of centralized exchanges for TRX trading , recommended: Poloniex (commission for trading in TRX, integration with the TRON blockchain, USDT withdrawal without commissions), Huobi. List of decentralized exchanges, swaps below in the applications section.

Management(TRON Committee)
The TRON network parameters are managed by 27 Super Representatives (SR). Any TRX holder can apply as an SR candidate, gain votes, and become an SR. Candidates and SR's have the right to make suggestions for changing the parameters of the TRON network. SR's receive rewards for mining (processing transactions and smart contracts of the TRON blockchain) - at the time of writing 16 TRX per block and 160 TRX per user vote.

Voting and Staking
Any TRX holder can vote for SR candidates, among which 27 of the most popular candidates will become SR and 100 - SR Partners. A new round of voting takes place every 6 hours.
Once you pin the votes to a candidate, they will be counted in the vote automatically until you cancel them.
Users receive rewards from SR for voting. To do this, you need to freeze TRX(the funds remain in your wallet), in return you get bandwidth or energy (of your choice) and votes.
1 frozen TRX = 1 vote.
The interface for freezing and voting in each application and site may visually differ. Instructions can be found on the websites of the respective applications.
Staking is getting rewards from SR for voting. Each SR has its own percentage. Reward calculator.
Staking on centralized exchanges differs in that when you transfer TRX to an exchange, you cease to own them(jurisdiction and rules depend on contract at registration). In this case, the owners of the exchange vote for you, paying you remuneration.
Wallet
TRON wallets are a graphical shell, all calculations are performed by remote SR computers. If you want, you can manage the tools from command line without installing a graphical shell, see the list of commands in the documentation.
To manage the wallet, you need a Private Key, Mnemonic Phrase, or a Keystore file. Best option is a Private Key. Keep your keys very carefully.
TronLink is an officially supported Tron Foundation wallet for Android, iOS. For desktop - TronLink extension for the Chrome browser.
In the smartphone version, you can create a cold wallet using a QR code. In the extension for Chrome, you can connect Ledger.

Wallet can be used for making transfers, for freezing and voting for SR(staking), for launching applications and smart contracts.
Built-in functions: switching between networks, ability to use multiple wallet addresses(switching is done by clicking on the wallet icon next to the account name), multi-signature, auto-blocking, application whitelist, address book, etc.
Bandwidth and Energy
TRC10 token transactions burn Bandwidth.
TRC20 token transactions and smart contracts burn Energy.
By freezing the TRX, you get a certain capacity(the size depends on the number of TRX). The capacity is filled once a day with free bandwidth and energy.
If there is not enough energy or bandwidth to complete the transaction, the TRX is burned to pay for transaction. The cost of a transaction depends only on complexity of transaction.
At the moment, average transaction burns 100,000 energy, to get this amount of energy, you need to freeze about 3,000 TRX (if there is no energy, 14 TRX will burn).
About tokens

Anyone can create their own token based on TRON.
There are three token formats:
TRC10, TRC20 and TRC721.
Creating a token of TRC10 format does not require programming skills, it costs 1024 TRX. Creating a TRC20 token is free, but you need to write a smart contract. The functionality of TRC20 is more flexible than that of TRC10.
TRC721 (NFT) - collectible tokens. Each NFT contains the owner's identification number, extended metadata, file links, and other identifying information recorded in smart contract.
Recently, fraud cases have become more frequent: the user is sent fake tokens, he launches an embedded smart contract, or finds a website in the token information, goes and launches a fraudulent smart contract, giving fraudsters full or partial access to the wallet. Follow the safety rules.

Transaction errors
The type of error can be viewed on TRONSCAN by the hash of the transaction. Save your private keys before updating,reinstalling, or cleaning them.
FAIL-OUT_OF_ENERGY> - out of energy.
FAIL-TRANSACTION REVERT> - either you entered incorrect data(for example, 50 USDT in your wallet, and you tried to send 100), or your device lost time synchronization. Update or enable automatic synchronization.
Number of tokens\coins = NaN - clear the cache.
Safety rules
1) For all unfamiliar applications, use a separate address.
2) Before launching the application\smart contract, carefully check the information, profiles in social networks. Do not use tokens that have suspicious features or are "verified" by ghost auditors.
3) Stay away from Ponzi schemes or sending your funds to "grow" them. Any stories about "super-income", "coins that are traded only on one exchange" - 100% fraud.
4) If you were just sent an incomprehensible token-this is 99.9% fraud.
5) Do not invest in tokens with suspicious profiles in social networks. networks, lack of experience, etc.
6) Do not disclose the Private Key, Mnemonic Phrase, or Keystore file to anyone.
7) If a stranger wrote to you in the chat, asks how you are doing, where you are from, offers help or pretends to be an administrative person-block and report spam without thinking.
