Jan 22nd is when the english version of the game will be released. As far as the breeding/pet exchange features, those don't have a release date just yet.
Hmm... well then we got more time to buy more dogs. Thanks for answering! Maybe Feb 16th? It's Chinese New Year and that would be a perfect day to release the breeding and exchanging function!
That would be awesome! I can't wait because right now we can't really do much in the game.
