Gangstalking much like group stalking or organized stalking. However it's simply mimics. What police do to spies and terrorists in the United States. It is not the same thing. Often people believe it is because it looks like it. However, it's managed by anonymous operatives anonymous, admin's in chat rooms on the dark net. These are done by somebody. Who is likely never going to be interrogated by the police as the crime is plausibly deniable and it does look to them. Like it's the authorities.

It's hard to tell. What's going on there for an average person, especially, since most of that activity by the government is between the terrorists and the government. And the agencies, and groups of people at uses to do such a crime.

The people doing it, think it's the government so they think they're Justified to commit the crime.
And they will lie to the police when the police show up, There is another person in the United States complaining about the people at the fast-food restaurants. There's testimony is very, very accurate. There's very few that I can even sit at let alone eat at
And I really wonder about this, because it's so far past the problems you're dealing with. You haven't even figured out these people are innocent victims. They chose the wrong course of action to solve their problem of torture, and people that are tortured exhibit very much the same symptoms of a person. That is criminally harassed, the criminal code defines criminal harassment. Very broadly. It's so well, defined that there is nothing done to me by these people that isn't covered by the criminal code. The only way police officers are dealing with criminal harassment, eg bullying something. So unbelievable that only the mentally defective people commit. This crime, they're not even allowed to hang out with somebody in jail. That is doing normal crime, because there's something wrong with their head there. Considered to be almost retarded. I mean mentally challenged but they're sick people and they can't even hang out and talk to you. They have to go to either PC or they have to go sit in the corner. Because there's something wrong with them logically in their brain. Usually they come not understanding why they did a crime or what their crime is, the crime of criminal harassment. Is dealt with by the police. By wait for them to physically attack, you wait for them to call you. Wait for them to write an email, wait for them to step on your property or enter into your vehicle. After you told them not to call you, not to write an email not to step on your property, not to enter your vehicle and not to send you any more gifts in the mail.

If they often as they all are mentally, defective, they will all do one of those things. Again, the police are sure of it because there's something wrong with these people to do that. They're sick. They're sick in the head and they often come to attacks a person eventually or step on their property and what not and will eventually get a restraining order. That's the solution from the authorities across the country. In this day and age. It's heartening to see that they at least figure out what cyberbullying is something. They can't keep ignoring, but they don't have this one under control, obviously, because the person's never going to reveal themselves. Never going to step on their property with the same person again. And there's nothing you can do about it. So, the victims are being tortured and they'll exhibit the same side effects or symptoms of mentally ill people or of those criminally, harass, or tortured tortured causes people to be violent and angry
It also appears to make them look insane.
So, please take that into consideration when investigating. This person's problem and again to reiterate the main issue here, is that I would consider the person to possibly be a victim if they were complaining about people harassing them whether or not the people were harassing them is a non-issue. It's a good Avenue to investigate next but Fact, that they were complaining about it to somebody the contents of their harassment is also not really relevant, but it's important to investigate next. Were they being harassed by people and then they attach those people harassing them. If that's yes. Because they complained about it, they're probably innocent
