Vance being replaced?

I don't think the speculation of Trump considering replacing Vance is real, but there is precedent for it.

Thomas Eagleton was replaced a couple weeks after the 1972 Democratic convention.

But Trump is running out of time. Ballot deadlines are coming up. Things get really messy in the coming weeks.
