I knew it was bad at about 60on average, but wow.....what kind of life to work....at 100+ that’s is insane!
I’m near Houston. It’s ok. Not like it was 5 years ago....but where I’m at, it’s crazy what the market is...sometimes there’s no rhyme or reason for Realestate prices that sell at what they are selling...goods and services...going up steadily.
