Hiding from the truth is one of the defeat able battles ever in lifetime.
First there is a very Big discrepancy between you as yourself and being an employee of BIG PHARMA but however it has been a pay for your creativity against a marketing advantage from their side.
Secondly it shouldn't be a threat for you that they might get you off on this which is the reason you would say your scared because i do not think in any way you could stand to say you do not know WHO YOU ARE, and WHAT YOU BEST KNOW.
Just be yourself bearing in mind that there is time for everything.
