Breaking point

I finally reached my breaking point. It was the spring of 2015; I was tired, unstable and constantly disturbed. As a woman with cheerful nature, I wasn't what I needed to be. That evening, after dinner, which made me feel miserable, I realized I was getting bored. The life I wanted to live in was not something like this.

When I entered my bed that evening, I thought about my attempts to acquire healthy habits and I began to wonder where I had made a mistake. At that moment of reflection, I realized that what I most needed was not exercise or diet; the problem was from my point of view.

At every step I made about being healthier, I would focus on everything I didn't do: I couldn't give weight and I couldn't eat, not to drink. I was not handing my rights to my body for the moments I treated well and I certainly did not like the process.

Restrictions gave birth to negative thoughts. I was constantly limiting myself; I'm finally giving up because I'm trying to follow unrealistic rules.
