Scrap 4 :

Anything that can be considered a potential murderweapon of control, be it a car , gun or any animal large enough to kill or maim can only be kept with license and proof of capability to handle it. This is a recurring control which needs to be re-instated, you cant just get a license once for life.

Government is only necessary when needed and in a functional co-habitation that is minimal. No position is set for life but no one is banned for repeating one either. There is no positive discrimination based on any kind of bias. Any position is to be filled only on a conclusion of capability

Every citizen is considered part of the citizens defense force from the day of birth until the day of death. Until further notice assumiung the augustian calender and 7day week 4 days spent in labour , 1 in social service of any , 1 for self improvement and 1 free to linger or any of the other. The citizens defense force replaces the need for an army and police and everyo citizen of the state is in some way a social worker. As weapons as private property arent encouraged, they are freely available to learn and every able citizen will be asked to be able to handle at least one type in case the need arises. Self-defense is a class since kindergarten ... we will create our own martial art for that

Scrap 7 :

Religion is a private matter and in no circumstance or case will religion stand above the state. It's separate and private. No monetary compensation will be given to any, without discrimination, negative or positive. It is the position of the state that those who believe in higher beings have no need for intermediaries or temples in order to converge with eachother or them. This does not forbid the construction of private buildings but all other decrees apply.

Scrap 8:

Everything that resides within the body of the state, loose from the concept of private property which has yet to be touched and defined is considered common good, be it conscient, conscious or non-sentient matter. Therefor it is the duty of each and every citizen to make sure no harm comes to it.

Transportation and mobility is the full responsibility of the state and needs be treated and provided as such at every level. Private ownership of any type of vehicle is not forbidden but the use is prohibited in habitation zones and only permitted as recreation in specially designated areas. d love to refrain from too many footnotes at this point ... most points are self-explanatory to the writer as they are the ones who wrote them .. here it doesnt say you cant own a car or bike (or other) you cant USE it outside designated areas. You also dont need one to go 100 metres to a store and in case of disability the structure of the week and the citizens defense force always have someone community ready to provide the ones who cant move the 100 metres by themself ... as i said its self explanatory ... common good includes littering and vandalism but also abuse , mind you

Privat assets are capped at a set level, be they joint, personal or conglomerate. Anything above the treshold is to be converted into creative or productive functions or spent and converted into improving existing structures and entities in the common good, which does not exclude ones own ... failure to do so within a time reasonable to be defined per case - time limit , with a maximum cap (to be defined) in total voids all assets above the treshold to the state, which will make sure they are used for aforementioned purpose without fail. This prevents any corporation, same as religion from rising above the state and endangering the common good for private gain. All books and ledgers are open and public and available to public scrutiniy at any time. This goes for personal, business and stateside ledgers and any that fall within the spirit of the concept

we don't refer to the ruler but always to the state if that needs pointing out ... as for life long positions, they are never guaranteed but also not prohibited by merit so someone else already pointed out in that case its the responsibility of the prince to make sure the people always have need of it ...
