Since then there has been a gingerbread house for Christmas, for children in kindergarten, and glazed pastry cookies for Easter, and many more pies with different fruits. So, the recipe:
Components:
3 cups of flour
300 g butter or margarine
1 glass of sugar
2 eggs
Soda on the tip of the knife
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
vanilla sugar to taste
Method of cooking:
Sift the flour on a workbench or into a larger bowl. Pour over sugar, soda with lemon juice, vanilla sugar, and put the butter sliced. Chop the butter with a knife along with all the products, add the eggs. Quickly knead the dough with your hands until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Then, put the dough in a ball, cover with a napkin and put it in the fridge for 1 hour. This dough can be cooked in advance and kept until baking in the fridge. Before baking, spread the dough with hands and roll it in a thickness of 4-8 mm, as a thicker sand dough is badly burnt. Минулого літа я заморозила достаньо абрикосів, а взимку так захотілося чогось соковитого та ароматного... Моїм творінням став чізкейк з абрикосами. З тих пір був пряниковий будиночок на Різдво, для дітей у дитячому садочку, і глазуроване печиво на Пасху, і ще багато пирогів з різними фруктами.Отже, рецепт:
Складові:
3 склянки борошна
300 г вершкового масла або маргарину
1 склянка цукрового піску
2 яйця
сода на кінчику ножа
1 чайна ложка лимонного соку
ванільний цукор за смаком
Спосіб приготування:
Борошно просіяти гіркою на обробну дошку або у велику миску. Зверху насипати цукор, соду, погашену лимонним соком, ванільний цукор, покласти нарізане шматочками масло. Масло порубати ножем разом з усіма продуктами, додати яйця. Швидко замісити тісто руками до отримання однорідної маси. Потім тісто скачати в кулю, накрити серветкою і поставити в холодильник на 1 годину. Це тісто можна приготувати заздалегідь і тримати до випічки в холодильнику. Перед випічкою тісто розім'яти руками і розкачати товщиною 4-8 мм, так як більш товсте пісочне тісто погано пропікається. Розкатане тісто або вирізані з нього фігури викласти на сухий лист і випікати в духовці при температурі 220-240 ° до золотистого кольору. Смачного, любі)
