Well done on the successful shoe return @jen0revision !

I like M&S but it can be a bit pricey and old-fashioned. The quality of the products is good though, and clearly the staff were also friendly.

    Haha thanks! Yeah sometimes the clothes are quite in-trend. I do love how many are made of cotton though!

    I'm quite lucky that the staff were friendly, I'm sure that if they hadn't been, they would have rejected my return :(
