My Homemade Peanut Filled Cookies
Hello Steemians lovers.
Today I want to share a recipe for making mung bean-filled cookies.

The delicious, crunchy, sweet, and savory taste will make all your guests addicted. After washing the mung beans thoroughly, soak them in hot water for 30 minutes.
Then I'll boil them for 30 minutes.

Once they're completely cooked and soft, they'll look like this.

We'll put them in a coper or blender.
😊

You can also grind them by hand. Don't throw away the water from boiling the mung beans.

Once they're completely smooth, we'll just put them in a pan. Add salt, 700 ml water, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 sachet of 65 ml coconut milk, 200 grams of granulated sugar, 200 grams of flour, and pandan paste. Then, stir until evenly mixed.

If it feels a bit heavy, add the water from boiling the mung beans.

Then, let it cool on the stovetop. Add the margarine bar for a more savory flavor.

Cook over low heat. While stirring constantly, to prevent it from turning pale, add the green food coloring and cook until done. Just eating it like this is delicious.

I prepared a pack of Hatari bread, you can have plain or granulated sugar.

Then I filled it with a tablespoon of mung bean jam while smoothing it out.

Then I pressed it down so it wouldn't fall apart when fried. To make it easier to smooth it out, I used my hands like this.

When I'm done, I still have some mung bean filling left over. If you want to store it in the refrigerator, it's best to wrap it in plastic so it doesn't dry out.

Then I fried it in very hot oil for just a moment.

Use low heat to avoid burning. Once cooked, remove from heat and drain. This is delicious. Once.
😋

Good luck 🙂
Thanks You.
Thank you😊
