Today I Made Lontar Cake, Here's How I Made It
Hello Steemians lovers.
Today I want to make a cake similar to milk pie, but a larger version. This is a lontar cake, an original one I made today😋

The capital is only 50,000 rupiah, but if I sell it, I can sell it for 100,000 rupiah. Perfect for those of you who want to start a business, making this is guaranteed to be flooded with orders.

First, I make the pie crust. I mix the egg yolks with powdered sugar, then I add margarine, and I gradually add the flour.

For a little savory crunch, we can add a pinch of salt. If it's dry, you can add a little water, then stir until it's evenly distributed.
😊

Now, I'll just mold it onto a lontar plate, or pie pan like this.

I'll bake it in the oven for a while to allow the pie crust to cook evenly inside and out.

This time, the temperature is 150 degrees Celsius, about 10 minutes. Once it's cooked, let it cool while we make the filling. Then I beat the egg yolks, add the sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla.

I strain the mixture three times to make it smoother, then pour it over the pie crust. I also take away any remaining bubbles on the surface of the cake. I bake this on the bottom rack at 140-150 degrees Celsius. For 1 hour.

So, I've been making this cake using the Kitchenmate air fryer oven from Polytron, which has 8-in-1 modes.

One of my favorite features is the light steam. It makes the outside crispy and the inside soft. It can also be used for fermentation, baking and grilling, warming, air frying, rotisserie, dehydrating, and defrosting. It's also energy-efficient, starting at 400 watts.

This Kitchenmate air fryer also comes with a 1-year warranty.
So, it's easy to make, right? Don't forget to give it a try.😋
😋

Because besides being a business idea, it can also be a dessert idea to enjoy with the whole family.

Please give it a try😃
Thanks.
Thank you.
