Was this yet another provocative targeting of Russian Nationals, or was he just heading to the right place at the wrong time ?
The UAF don't seem to know the meaning of the word Ceasefire.
Wrong place wrong time I would think. It is not so easy to target a person with Mortars. Would need alot of spys for that
