Dear Diary: I Am A Bit Breathless But It Is My Dialysis Today

It is hard to really walk while being breathless so there isn't any plan of leaving the house for extra activities as it will just lead to my uncomfortability and misery. My nurses aren't cooperating to reduce my weight into the level that there is no more extra water from my body because they believe that the main reason for my breathlessness was my collapsed backbone.

So my option is to just add some real weight into my body which just forces me to eat a high calorie food which makes me get the fear of having a diabetes. So it is a very hard task to do considering that my body too is not cooperating as well because I could not really gain weight in spite of me buying lots of foods like sweet cereals and Muesli and the protein drink too.

All that food can also affect my efforts to balance out my calcium-phosphorus ratio in my body. I have to have a bit higher Calcium in my blood so that my body can repair my bones and take away the pain as it heals. But it has to absorb the calcium too and I needed a vitamin D for that, an analogue which is a type of active form of Vitamin D so that my Calcium supplementation will not get wasted.

I really have to also control my phosphorus so that my body won't throw away Calcium. It is a very tricky management and I have to consider the expensive costs of my medical therapy, it is burning my pockets and my only hope is the prayers that my friends give to me which I am very grateful with my heart, it all helps.
