IT IS SO TIRING..

There are times that we get tired but we still keep fighting. There are moments where we don’t have a choice but we still keep choosing. There are times that we don’t want to get up from bed. There are times that we suddenly wished we were dead.

It’s so tiring, isn’t it? To be in pain. To make an effort but everything seems to be in vain. You know that feeling that you gave everything, and when I say everything I mean LITERALLY EVERYTHING. That you put all your efforts just to make it work, somehow.

And then everything is taken for granted.

All of a sudden you’re left behind, hanging, asking yourself what you did wrong, asking yourself if what you’ve done wasn’t enough already or maybe it was you that was not enough. It’s definitely a terrible feeling to bear. You start questioning your existence. You lose your confidence. You bow down to your own ego. Sometimes, you’re even afraid of being alive anymore. You’re thinking that the purpose of your life or how and why you live is gone. That the person had left you when all you do was doing your best in the name of love. It’s frustrating. If curses could kill, then that someone would already be dead a long time ago.

And then you start hating on love. Your beliefs in forever, gone. You put a wall on yourself so that no one would be able to come around and hurt you again. Pain, pain have changed you from being that jolly and clumsy human who believed in fairytales and happily ever after to that person who’s gloomy and melancholic when love was brought up on the table. It’s an inevitable change and you can’t blame yourself for that.

But would you believe me if I tell you that someday, you’ll meet someone like you? – broken, melancholic, a former believer. And when you meet each other, all your current views in love will slowly change. And you’ll also slowly understand the reason why your previous relationship didn’t work out. This person will gently bring back the old jolly you, the old you before the pain, the old you who believes in fairytales and true love. This person will make you realized the true reason of your existence, of your purpose in life. He/she will make you fall in love once again, for a lifetime this time. Even if you won’t believe me, at least believe that God has better plans for you.

Believe…. Love is a magic that only a believer could see
