Wow so after how many weeks, we actually got back to site.
Yeah, back to bore hole drilling.
It a whole lot of hard work, I might not be able to give you a detailed explanation.
Hand drilling has a lot of works and very tedious process.

The steps to drilling a hand bore hole involves

1. Digging the mud pit first

2. Getting the exact point of the bore hole

3. Sufficient water, yeah water is needed to drill the borehole itself.

The equipment includes

• drilling bits
• drilling pipe
• pump
• rope
• frame saw
• trench
• pipe
• casing
• clamp
• wood
• spade
• digger.

Process

• first water is being pumped into the mud pit to the brim.

• the pump pipe which is connected to the pump engine is then connected to the first drilling pipe. Which means pumping water from the mud pit into the drilling pipe, it returns the water upward bringing the subsurface formation in the process

• The drilling bits are forced into the ground by the drillers, more drilling pipe are connected to it and drilled into the subsurface.

This process is repeated, till we get to the water table.
