#Ulog Day 5: Chicken Pork Adobo Our Lunch for Today.
Our lunch for today Chicken Pork Adobo. My mother cook this lunch super dooper yummy. I have recipe for this food. Here we go..!!! 😍
INGREDIENTS :
1/4 kilos of chicken
1/4 kg of pork
laurel
Pepper
1 1/2 cup of vinegar
1 1/2 cup of soy sauce
1 cup of Sprite or 7Up
Oil
onion
brown sugar
PROCEDURE :
Soak for at least 15 minutes (preferably longer) the sliced chicken and pork in half Sprite, half a cup of soy sauce and a half cup of vinegar. Add 3 pieces of garlic.
In deep pan or pots, put in oil, and stir the garlic. Fry the chicken and pork in oil.
When the meat is brown enough, stir the remaining soy, vinegar, and Sprite. Place crushed laurel and pepper.
Boil for about 10 minutes and add brown sugar if desired sweetness.
