United Nations still need $14.3bn to safe 87 million people across roughly 50 countries
More than 87 million people are in the world’s worst crises who need urgent help. But the United Nations (UN) has been able to raise $8.7bn out of $23bn, leaving a $14.3 billion gap.
According to the organization, the remaining shortfall could have “devastating consequences” if not addressed urgently.
