If you are visiting or vacationing in the city of Jakarta I would like to recommend a gado-gado stall that you must try, namely gado-gado bonbin which is located on the street on jalan Cikini IV no. 5 Menteng, Central Jakarta.
This gado-gado-gado stall has been around since 1960 but until now it is still crowded so you don't need to doubt the quality and taste
The price of one portion of gado-gado bonbin is around USD $3, the ingredients from gado-gado bonbin are quite complete, there are kale, bean sprouts, cucumber, long beans, there are also potatoes and boiled eggs, so you can order them using rice cake.
What makes this gado-gado bonbin different from other gado-gado is the recipe from its thicker and smoother bean spices because the beans are processed by roasting instead of being fried and discarded.
