That's fine, I don't fast either but in the Holly month of fasting, its compulsory unless you have sickness or stuff so I do fast. But people here fast all around the year and some fast on special days to try and concentrate more on worshipping GOD. I thought may be there is a similar month or time period when all Christians fast, may be before Easter
