How to recover deleted files from USB drives or HDDs?

It is possible to recover deleted files. Try Recycle Bin first, but if it is not there, a file recovery program can recover deleted files, too. Here are steps:

  1. Download and install WinUtilities
  2. Select Privacy&Security -> File Undelete
  3. Select a HDD drive or USB drive to scan
  4. Select {All deleted files}
  5. Right-click the deleted file and select Undelete to recover deleted files
