Wow, this would be a great help if someone has CPS show up. I didn't realize you could send them a letter, much less a peaceful one with some requests. Interesting that you can say off spring but not child. Thank you for putting this together and taking the time to explain it. I hope no one has to use it, but I know it will be helpful to those who might need to.
We will see how this goes. Again, I will inform people of the results in mid February. I've used this technique against debt collectors and other state pirates, including CPS in St. Albert.
