This post may not come out perfectly but you will get the gist still! I was in disarray all day long and restarted my PC without saving my draft. I am pushing this out!
Today, we will stop many things to do this one thing, "speak about the love we have for Mama(s) after meditating on how much love they have had for us and we will call out to all the Mama(s) of Mama Earth, to join us on steemit".
"You & me involved and this is possible!"
We will do "proof of heart" using our steemit posts, under #untalented-mama and every participant will be rewarded for it; "no losers!!!"
What Have Mama(s) Done?
Seriously, what haven't they done and what have we done in return or how much?
Even for many who feel that these mama(s) hurt us; threw us on the streets when we were 5 and took to drugs; "how about year 0.1 to 4.9 that you can't remember, when she gave your lips the luxury of sagging her breast and how about the shine she had had to lose in the period leading up to bearing you and the 9 months when she ate for two or three?
And if you are in the tropical regions, how about the times when she grew her biceps fanning you, disarraying entire mosquito colonies for your sake?
Oh, she so so so had dreams, even big dreams!!! She only relegated them in silence, so that you can be king/queen and king/queen of dreams as well.
And when you fail, she is proud of you still! She kept your umbilical cord somewhere. She keeps YOU in her diary somewhere!
The thing is: she will never ask you to make her prouder.
She Will Hardly Ask You To Take Her Paris!!!
Once years ago, I visited my mum and I asked her to recall her labor pains; those pains specifically for when she bore me forth.
I tell you, for mama(s), that memory isn't far-fetched!
However, there was some other context to how i posed this question, this particular time, making it a notch harder for her to answer. The context was:
What one thing of hefty significance have i done for you, to make you prouder of me even once? (We all know mama(s) will ever be proud of us.)
Mamas are ever-conscious about their love for us. They would hurt and re-hurt and bear our consequences and be silent about it.
So my mama kept recounting how proud she has been of me, for she couldn't mention that in truth, at the time, i have made her prouder.
About making mamas prouder of us, you may have to be proactive, for i tell you, even if underlyingly they desire it, they will bear with you even till forever and forever be proud of you.
She recounted on how she had "the most labor" pains in my case. I was 4.5 kilogram and her first; "a son" and she suffered pains.
With Steemit, Mama started to get prouder of me!
She understood!.
She knew of my noble intentions towards her all along because i ever made it known. I was proactive but i was also very tied. She understood!
Before you go saying "she doesn't want a shopping spree in Paris" because she keeps saying "the boutique next door is okay", take her on a shopping spree in Paris. (Hahaha, she will bless you more!)

Today, we talk lovingly about Mama(s) and invite all the Mama(s) of Mama Earth to steemit by this means.
When we started out, before our mama(s); we were so so so untalented, "no books" involved, so why brag now!
This is her moment, we will let go and air this love for mama(s) in a public announcement using our steemit posts. Within this post, we will recount the blessing these women have brought upon us and be grateful and all their erring (if we hold any grudge against them), we will forgive.
Today, we drop everything and use steemit for one additional noble use, by denting into it, an entire legacy that speaks of how much we value mama and every mama in the world.
The books say mama's (mother's) day; i say "everyday"!

Now, i am finally close to my mum side-by-side on hospital beds, struggling to fill her mind with how much i want to make prouder of me but did you know that in the last year, she has visited steemit a ton of times, to read my posts and especially the comments and though i haven't still given her much, she has grown prouder of me by this sole means?
Now, i have her by my side, i can't even shop for her as all my money goes to hospital instead and when i decide; "let me buy this or that", i am stuck in between, because she is ill and weak. There will be "these times", i am positive but once she gets well, let her start here on steemit, to seeing the beauty we create even as a result of her, to touch even all the mama(s) on mama earth.
Let's Create Awesomeness: A repository of our legacies (to all the Mama(s) on Mama Earth).
We have steemit; "a decentralized blockchain to dent this gift of awesomeness forever"!
Let's put some beauty on here as kids; "shy, untalented, bare, pure, heartfelt, no-books", that every Mama on Mama Earth will lurk towards to feel prouder of us and prouder of themselves as women.

Mothers mothers mothers, they are always there just when we need them and even when we dont they just want to be there they give up the goodies and pleasures of life just to make sure we get the best life has to offer, they always put us first i remember i used to say my mum is too disturbing, because she just wants to know every bit and every detail she wants to make sure i am ok she wants to make sure i lack nothing even now that she is away she never stops calling even though i can imagine how difficult it is for her to be away from her kids. She always try to hide feelings she acts all strong . The love of a mother is truely irreplaceable.
I understand what if feels like to see her in pain, please be strong for her. I am sure your presence and good mood will hasten her recovery.

How i wish i have all my memories about my mama written down, but of course i never knew she would be taken away from me so soon,
She kept my dreadlocks(for i was a Dada) in a dairy for me, i was told i pulled them off each time am angry and she kept about 9 of it for me till i was an adult...one Best memory of my late mum!

You are one lucky guy Terry, and your mum is a lucky lady for she got a loving son in you. My mom passed-away in her sleep a day before New Year´s Eve in 2015. She was very strict to me because I am the only girl ( with 5 brothers) in the family. She was the one who taught me to be patient and strong for she lost her mother at the age of 13. She acted mum to her 5 siblings and that alone was one of the great achievements in her life. Mothers are most caring and loving and my mum was one of them. All mothers are heroes in this world!

Mom and I has differences but we still hold to each other especially that Dad is not with us anymore. She is my strength in every challenges that I face in life. Am so glad that even after here on earth I'll still get to spend time with mum in eternity. That's been on my mind while reading this post. Mum kept some level of my info while I was growing up, but I feel so bad that I've not really kept a diary of my relationship with her. Mum is special. She single handedly trained 7 of us through school when my Dad died. She did all sort of jobs just to make sure we had the best in life. She is a blessing to us. Every day I keep thanking God for creating the woman, and not leaving only Adam here on earth, imagine how the world would have been. God bless mums all around the world.
We can never repay them for what they have done cause they did not do it for a reward.

Very true. At the end of the day, we are mere dust. Our time here is short thats why we have to spend as much time as we can with the ones we love,of which our mums are number one. Terry you and your mum are surely in my prayers. I prayed for her today and I know God answers prayers. This post has really touched my heart. I've not really spent time with mum, and this post has made me start to rethink what is actually important in life. Don't have much memory of staying with my mum because I never lived with her but i have a lot of her words of advice. My mother is good at using proverbs to pass her message across to her children and we can all really relates with those sayings.

I couldn't help but shed tears reading this post. Not like i found you pitiful but the fact that our mother's awesomeness is incomparable. When i think of all my mum has done for me, i cant help but love her all over again 100%. You see, i am a woman too and i know what it takes to birth a child and much more to take care of that child. Despite my mum being a single mother until i attained some certain age, she made sure i had only the best things in life. If there is anything i am afraid to do, it is not to disappoint her. I kept doing all i can to make sure she is happy all the time. Please allow me pour my rest thought on a post relating this. @ambmicheal, i wont mince words to you, i am sincerely scared of motherhood! I failed at it once and i have a phobia for things unknown. The sacrifices of a mother is something i'm afraid i might not give. I just hope my children would talk awesome about me like i am about my mother....... 😢😢😢
Yeah! my wife said that when we are about to get marry but I can tell you that she is actually a great mother to our children. Most mothers are like that and you cannot be an exception. Just make sure you love them and you teach all that they need to know. If it will take you spanking them sometimes please don't spare the rod. All will be well.

Most times, i wish our mothers were healthy like they used to be in our younger days.... I hate to see my mum age especially having to go through life-threatening illnesses in the name of illnesses. We can only keep praying that these rare gems of ours live longer for loving sake. Hope your mum has regained stability? The healing hands of Jehova shall locate her wherever she feels pain. Dont forget to always massage her palm as an indicator you would always be there for her.... Stay healthy both!

Prayer sounds like a winner here - i am praying for her, keep praying for her, and pray that the medical team she's seeing can help speed up her healing, and fix it with the backing from God. Any time a dear one is sick, but she's getting medical care, all you really can do about that is pray. Youndeserve a happy life and i am confident you will get it in no time. This is sickness is for a short time. You would look back and give God the praise foe his healing. And that will be your end of the year gift from above. Amen.

It is a finished work of Christ. She wont lose the life, not this time, not anytime soon. She will wait to eat and be satisfied with the fruit of her labour. Thank God she is settled now, trust me, every news from that quarter will be good and better God willing. I can already celebrate our victory over this struggle. She is healed in Jesus name. The heavens will ease her pain and dry it up because by His stripes we are healed. God is your strength Bro. We will testify. We love her and wont lose her.
This is really touching @surpassinggoogle, mums are the center of our beings, and when they are brought up, there is a lot of emotions involved. Mums we love you deeply. God created mums with a nature that just attaches to ours. Am a Christian, and the word of God states that the bond between a mother and her suckling child is the strongest bond in human existence. Even science proved through a study at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston that a mother who talks to her baby before it’s born can help the child’s development. and the heart beat and sound of her voice can actually help the baby’s brain grow.

Mothers are the emotional and physical backbones of the family Your mum really worked hard to raise a person with great passion like you and that is a great reason why i think she will make it through. Perhaps nothing will be as valuable a gift to both me and you for this thanksgiving as seeing your mum begin recovery.

You know, before @surpassinggoogle posted this post yesterday, I and my brother were discussing about why mums were much dear to our hearts compared to dad's. We got to conclude that it's because of who they are. My dad is late, and my mum has been bearing the burden of the family for 10years now. She sacrificed her life for us. She gave us the best. She did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable. She would make sure we ate even when she had to sacrifice her food for us. I can't exhaust what she has done for us here, I'll have to leave it for the proof of heart.

We sure will celebrate this recovery. I and my brother made sure to say a prayer for mum and you this morning, and when multiple people come pray about a matter to God that prayer is already answered. Mum is surely coming out of that hospital stronger, and please be sure to show her this post so she can see all the people who she means a lot to. When I count the gifts I have received from God, I count my mum even more than twice. Reading this post has refired the ever growing love I have for the woman who will stop at nothing just to make sure I am successful. She amazes me with how well she turns my mistakes into milestones, my flaws into strength and help me ride through life with no hitches. She is an epitome of all that love is. These mothers have paid so much sacrifices just to see most of us stand today. Can't continue typing right now because I've got tears rolling down my cheek thinking about how much she has loves and how much I have no been able to repay her. Thanks for this post.

Not only you my brother. I personally have not been able to repay my mum very adequately for all the love she has shown me and continue to show me. Daily I keep praying to God to always preserve y mom and keep her healthy for me while I hustle in order to reciprocate all her doings for a poor me.
When I read @surpassinggoogle post last week on the illness of his sweet mother, my heart beat became uneven and I immediately called my mom to find out how she's doing. And glory be to God, she is fine. And that a great respite.

Our mothers are just a different species. I think God created them to be like that. THey can so overcaring that if care is not one can end up becoming a spoil brat. I remember what I had to do in order not to become a spoilt brat. You will read that in my entry.

Am so pleased to see this community standing behind you to support you @surpassinggoogle,and I asked myself why? And I got to the conclusion that when you impact a life they unconsciously are attached to you. Terry you've been a blessing to us especially through #untalented. This is the least we can do. Even as we celebrate mums today, I gladly celebrate my mum too. I sincerely anticipate being a part of proof of heart. I'll have to go get those black and white pics of mum, they tend to pass as more emotional than the digital ones I have on my phone. Thanks a lot Terry. @surpassinggoogle I like your very positive mindset. I think you really have a lot planned out for your mum to spoil her and very soon it will work out well. I believe that the only thing that is strong enough to take away all emotional and physical pain is God. No medicine, no therapy. Medicine is a means through which God heals and thats what is going to happen in her case. So He is the only one to go to when you feel depressed or feel like life has no meaning. My life at least has direction and meaning now and I feel like there is always a solution or light at the beginning and end of the tunnel no matter the sitution. So i want you to be confident. How i wish you know how much i so much believe that your mum would get better in no time.

Great memories you have there in those diaries. Mums are basically like Superman, but with more superpowers. I commend your sacrifices and i believe you will get them in blessings in 7 folds. Wish her speedy recovery. We are all here to support her the best way we can even if it is prayers.
Sometimes we even take mums for granted. But for me, she is the best role model that i will ever have, her sacrifices for me and my siblings is a debt i cannot pay back. She always puts us first to the detriment of her well being.
I pray for the good health of your mother who is unwell. Sending positive and healing thoughts for your mother.

I loved the part where you said "she doesn't want a shopping spree in Paris" because she keeps saying "the boutique next door is okay" i went wow, this is really true and most of us foeget that. That she said no, does not mean she would not regret her choice after you have done what is better and really deserving for her. I really like your mindset and i believe she gave birth to a great son. I just said a prayer for her and everyday when i visit your blog, i will surely say a prayer for her before i read. This is so touching. You are not alone in this friend.

I just did rush admission just now. Thought she would lose life. She was already in the mode, talking of death in prayer to Jehovah where all she was doing in her subconscious mind and audibly was praying for us. She was sort of unconscious when she got to the hospital.

She still has a lot of lives to bless here in earth. Be strong Terry, be strong. Am a Christian and I believe in miracles. Just keep being positive. It does not matter what you see, what we know is that you and her are walking out that hospital in joy. Don't allow any negative thoughts to crowd your mind.keep thinking positive. I really pray that the medications given to her be a medium for her healing even as we expect miraculous healing bcos i know she is the best thing in he world to you.

Yeah I can understand. I had gone through this stage. But there was my Papa in the hospital. I know how it feels to see your loved ones in pain. I am going to make a post for both mama and Papa. Because I miss my Papa, and use the tag untalented-mama

I am not expecting this so soon like this, this post made me remember my mom, although i can't spend 24 hrs without checking on her. That shows the kind of love I'd for her.
This post, made me remember how my childhood days. How she cared for me when I faced challenges after my birth , how i was disowned my the relatives of dad that discouraged dad he don't deserve to care for me. But she stood beside me, cared for me, helped me to survive the surgery I'd back then,with lots of prayers and deep motherly love i survived.
She's what I'm today, if not for the love of God towards her which she transferred to me, i doubt if i would be part of the living, if i will, it's likely i won't be who I am today..
I just pray i live to fulfil her dreams for her.
May God help me.... I will always love you mama.
