Hi steemians, this may be a bit too late to write but I will write this anyway. I am Jay, a Computer Engineering undergrad. I left college for a very personal reason. You can read it here.

I never had a legit job. After I dropped out of college, I became a worthless piece of crap. I just relied on the internet and I was lucky I am able to find a not-something-to-be-proud-of job from a foreign client. I became a pornsite web manager. Yes, you’ve read it right,Something I really can’t be proud of but something I badly needed to do just to earn a living. I handle 5 NSFW facebook pages and one main oornography website. All goes well, I made lots of money from that dirty industry. I was able to buy things to which I never thought I could afford. I was literally swimming in bucks.

As my life turned upside down, I woke up to a realization that nothing lasts forever. I got fired. Got no savings and back to being broke. All I have left was my Mio scooter, laptop and Nikon 3100D camera. I decided to start my own blog in hopes to earn a penny through ads. I met new friends along the way in my journey that eventually became my travel buddies. We created a team, market ourselves and created an opportunity to earn while traveling. All was well until it got disbanded for some financial issues.

Again, I was broke. I suffered depression. I tried freelancing and all possible sidelines just to earn some bucks. I did video/photo editing requests, paid surveys, and etc. And then…

I fell in love. I fell in love to my childhood neighbor, we were so in love that after a year we decided to get married. I decided to follow her abroad and fulfill our dreams together. We planned everything perfectly but it did not go on our way. I was not able to follow her. She was used by her employer and was eventually brought back to the Philippines. I go back to freelancing. I am trying so hard so that I can put food on our table and somehow go on with our life. We were in debt because sometimes, I earn less than what we needed to sustain our daily lives.

I became a member of different online freelancing groups and other online money making groups in search for a better opportunity to work with. Thankfully One member of the steemit community @collennes posted about steemit in one of the groups I joined. I was interested to try it since I really needed an additional source of income. At first I was only interested about how to make money since it will be beneficial for me. But as I learned the basics and got so hooked about it, I decided to take it seriously. I searched for more people connected to steemit and I found sir @bobiecayao in facebook. I added him and asked so many questions about steemit. I am so thankful that Sir Bobie did not hesitated to help me and offered himself as my personal mentor. I have learned a lot from him, not only about how to effectively make money in this platform but most importantly how to become a wheel to drive a much better future to other people who also needs to see this BIG opportunity through campaigns and charities.

Just today, I received my 1st cash out here on steemit worth 5,000.00Php. It’s not that big but it is definitely a very big help for us to lessen our hospital bill because my grandmother was admitted. I just realized that God always has the best plan for me. It comes in perfect timing the moment I meet steemit and the recent challenges that comes in our way.

I am so thankful to all the people who helped me on my journey in this community. Again, to @collennes for introducing me to steemit. To Sir @bobiecayao for the patience and wisdom on guiding me to the right track and for answering all my newbie questions. To all the solid members of the Steemit Diversify team, who selflessly helped newbies to flourish even at the expense of their own time and earnings. If not for them my posts will be no worth. I would also like to thank Sir @surpassinggoogle for having time reading my posts and for helping minnows like me. Every upvote you gave is a boost and an ultimate motivation for me to continue this journey. Your campaigns have helped a lot of newbies like me to be inspired and continue growing in this beautiful platform. Thank you so much.

Now I am creating a little campaign. I am spreading steemit to my circle of friends slowly to also help them be successful in life. I started with one person whom I owe a lot. One step at a time, I will be able to pass this great opportunity to all the people who needed it. Again Thank you to all the people behind my success.
