Upex will reimburse users being downvoted going forward

Here at Upex, we do not believe in downvotes. They have very few pros and many more cons.

We have seen throughout our history here on Steemit that downvotes have driven many users away and prevented other users from investing more into the platform.

For this reason, Upex has decided they will reimburse users being downvoted with one of several methods:

• Liquid STEEM reimbursing the value lost due to the downvote
• Upvotes to make up the value lost due to the downvote

The method chosen will be decided based on what is best for the project at the time with our stated goal of keeping voting power has high as possible in mind.

Upex will also retaliate against malicious downvotes as it sees fit in order to best protect its users, as stated in several of our posts many months ago.
