Hey brado. I've found that after HF 19 there are lots of minnows that have about 1-2 cents of voting power. I believe that investing in steem power with any extra money you can will give you more voting power which will give incentive for others who can vote 25 cents or more. Try to grow up into a dolphin. 400 followers is great but works on developing relationships especially with dolphins who have a little skin in the game. Best wishes.
Hey thanks for the tip, @investlimestone. i've been trying to throw in as much as I can lately towards SP, and i generally try to have as many conversations as i can with fellow steemers, it was just odd to notice that before the Hardfork it wasnt rare to have one of my posts reach over 20$, but now none of them are even coming close, meanwhile there are a few accounts out there posting a few times a day receiving well over 500$, I persoanlly dont believe HF 19 solved anything for the minnows , ~ just my opinion I guess.
