Ruins of the prison

In the photo - the stage prison of the Moscow tract, built in 1859. Located in the village of Tetyushskoye, Ulyanovsk region. Once upon a time, the main route for sending prisoners from the European part of the country beyond the Urals and further passed through here. There are legends that some convicts escaped during the transfer, and in their place the guards caught the first locals they came across, dressed them in convict uniforms and sent them on their way. Perhaps this is just a legend, but I would not be surprised if such cases swept the place. Now the building stands abandoned and has been turned into a garbage dump by the locals...
