I got a detail wrong by associating the UK with Article 13; that would be EU legislation. The UK does have its own share of evil laws though, with their Dark Age-esque anti-porn laws and ability to spy on their citizens' internet usage.
I'm predicting a lot of people will disagree with this video, but that's good. I encourage you to think about anything you disagree with, as opposed to the usual modern-day tactic of just screaming at whatever you don't like.
