in #usa7 years ago

Hey Steemit,

Let's stay in the traditional Washington and New York: in the United States and without them there are plenty of places where you can sit for weeks and spend the best vacations in life. Texas, Las Vegas, San Francisco ... Here's a travel guide for interesting, romantic and even fantastic locations in the United States.

        1.  San Diego

The dreamy San Diego is located right on the border with Mexico on the Pacific coast. According to Americans, they having started learning about the USA from California. According to Americans, they having started learning about the USA from California. There are three dozens of beaches, 78 golf courses and tennis courts available along the San Diego shore. Cameron Diaz spent her childhood in this city, where a famous band Blink 182 formed.

        2.   Las Vegas

Neon lights, nightclubs, gigantic hotels and crazy people with thick wallet are the capital of Nevada, Las Vegas. Vegas has great potential for the city's image; we know this well from Hollywood films like "Casino", "Once upon a time Vegas", "Owen Eleven". In addition, Las Vegas is perfect for a relaxing family vacation.

    3.   Chicago

The most American of all the US megalopolises is really uncovered, it's not for nothing called "The City of Broad Shoulders," that is, "The City of the Plain." In addition, each of its 77 (!) Districts has its own unique style. The 19th-century architecture of the The Loop stands next to the finest examples of contemporary American architecture. Gold Coast is home to a trendy, well-earned youth, while Wicker Park and Buck town entertain Bohemia.

   4.  Detroit

Once upon a time, Detroit was the centerpiece of the American automotive industry, a noisy and vibrant city. But even now, despite the decline and crime growth, tourists continue to come to this city. Lately, "death" of Michael Jackson has given Detroit considerable "popularity." In the Motown Records studio (where there is now a museum) Jackson recorded music in his youth with his brothers.

        5.   Florida

If you do not pay attention to the city of Orlando, which is a tourist-stricken where is Disney World theme park, and just look north-west of Florida, you can discover kilometers of impeccable natural beauty, untouched masses. There are also fifteen coastal villages with neat houses and white fences, and sandy beaches and emeralds in the Gulf of Florida.

       6.  Grand Canyon

Americans have to thank the Colorado River for such a natural gift. The Grand Canyon, which Roosevelt declared a national monument a hundred years ago, is located in the state of Arizona in the park. Excursions by airplanes and helicopters are taking place, there are many hiking trails, and water tourism has been developed.

       7.   San Francisco

Cold ocean waters and high temperatures create a unique phenomenon - the San Francisco Smokers, which can take over the city during the whole day in the evenings. The Golden Gate Bridge is known in the world as one of the most beautiful and longest (1970 meters). He is also extremely popular with suicides (on average, every two weeks, someone completes suicide).

      8.   New mexico

The official state nickname is "Land of Charm". However, one of the stories related to New Mexico does not have a fascinated subtext. In the summer of 1947, objects of unknown origin were found near the Roswell campus. Disputes over these objects have not been resolved so far. Some believe that a flying saucer collapsed in New Mexico, while others miss the test missile.

       9.  Texas

Actually, real dealings are possible, of course, only in their home country, Texas. An Indian can be found there - as long as the Spaniards and Europeans settled, the territory of Texas was home to indigenous tribes such as the lower house, the coma and the Cherokee. President John Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963, in Dallas, Texas. The crime still has no clear explanation.

       10.  Alaska

More than 140 years ago, the Russian Empire got rid of the distant and problematic land in the north-west of North America, selling Alaska to the United States. Under this agreement, the United States paid $ 7.2 million for Alaska land (about two cents per acre for land). After about twenty years on the peninsula, gold was discovered, whose production brought about $ 13-14 billion to the American budget.
