Closeup Images of a 100 Euro Bill With 300x Magnification
In my recent review of a 5MP USB Micrsocope I have published some sample images taken with the device of a 100 USD Bill, so now here are some of a 100 Euro Bill. You might be interested to find that the different bills actually do have some things in common when you look at them up close... guess that counterfeiting security does not care about the type of money it is being used on.
The above images were taken at the maximum magnification level of about 300x that the USB microscope I have used allows and have been resized to 50% to make them smaller and faster to load, so the full resolution images do come with a bit more extra details.
USB Microscopes are fun and not very expensive thing to play around with and they may even help in some types of work... the more entry level products are pretty cheap to get even for a kid's toy.

@cryptos please tell me. What work do you find this microscope is good for. I would get one for fun. If I could find 1$ of work a month on it I would totally have an excuse.
I'm using it to inspect solder joints for small SMD elements when soldering on PCBs for example...
