UTEMIS is a cryptomoney with a fixed supply. It is fungible, fractional, divisible and not subject to inflation in any particular economy. However, as described below, only a small portion of the UTEMIS supply will become liquid after the ICO. The supply that is not used during the ICO will not become liquid.
